Medium to full-bodied with aromas of black currant, plum, and a hint of earthiness. Depending on the region, wines range from tart fruit, to sweeter and riper fruit flavors.

We have a variety of Medoc, Margaux, Saint-Emilion, Pomerol, Pauillac, Saint-Julien, and more.

CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Red wine produced in California

Known for its full body and rich flavors. Notes of blackcurrant, cedar, oak, leather, and pepper. This wine has a great potential for aging due to its high rate of tannins and perceptible acidity.

We carry big labels and small alike. Names such as Josh, Caymus, Decoy, Opus One, Joel Gott, Austin, etc.

CHAMPAGNE

Sparkling wine from Champagne, France

Effervescent sparkling wine, known for its small, frothy bubbles in both brut and rose varieties.
Citrus and green fruit tend to be the dominant flavors, with either a sweet or dry finish.

We carry true French champagne labels such as Veuve Clicquot, Pol Roger, Nicolas Feuillate, and Billecart-Salmon.

CHARDONNAY

White wine produced in California and the Russian River Valley

White wine typically produced in California and France. Dry, full-bodied wine with moderate acidity. When produced in California, this wine contains heavy notes of oak and vanilla, paired with lemon and pineapple. The French produce chardonnay differently which creates a smooth wine, un-oaked, with crisp flavors of creme fraiche and apple.

Earthy and mineral flavors are notorious from france, as their wines distill in steel barrels. Depending on the region, many different bodies and specific flavors are available.

ITALIAN RED WINE

Soft, subtle red with full-body. Rich, velvety flavors of plum, oak, berry, clove, and vanilla. A perfect red that encompasses both full and silky drinking qualities.

PINOT NOIR

Red wine typically produced in Oregon, Sonoma Coast, and the Russian River Valley

A dry, light to medium-bodied wine. Complex flavors of cherry, raspberry, and light baking spices. The bright acidity and silky tannins make this wine smooth and versatile.

PORT WINE

Red and white dessert wine

A medium-tannin wine with notes of berry, chocolate, nutty caramel, and cinnamon. Older varieties contain more concentrated notes of dried fruit.

We carry Tawny, Ruby, and Vintage ports. There are a few other desert wines mixed in to this section like Sauternes, Moscato, and Tokaji Aszu.

PROSECCO AND AMERICAN SPARKLING WINE

Sweet or dry bubbly wine

Light sparking wine with floral aromas described as crisp and sweet. It has a medium to high amount of acidity with large, frothy bubbles. Flavors include notes of honeysuckle, apple, peach, melon, and pear.

ROSÉ

A mixture of French, Italian, and American blush wines

Produced mainly from grenache grapes, rosé is known to be a light bodied, bright, and fruity wine. Notes of strawberry, cherry, and raspberry are typical, but there is a slight variation in flavor depending on the region.

Neutral grain spirit

Colorless grain spirit made with aromatic juniper berries and other botanicals. Notable for herbal cocktails with citrus and floral elements.

Malt, Grain, or blended varieties contain similar notes of smoke, vanilla, wood, and spice. The buttery finish of scotch makes it drinkable straight or on the rocks.
